IN: Anderson arsonist told police he targeted child molesters’ homes, court docs reveal

ANDERSON, Ind. — Court documents reveal that an Anderson man didn’t understand why he was being arrested for arson after setting fire to porches, sheds and even an RV. The man reportedly admitted to setting the fires but told police he’d been targeting the homes of child molesters who were “out on the street.”

Adam Kinnard, 33, was arrested on Tuesday morning after an RV was found engulfed in flames behind a home on Fletcher Street. Police said Kinnard was spotted by officers — who had been patrolling the area due to numerous recent arsons — walking out from behind a home on Fletcher Street right before the fire was spotted. Kinnard was reportedly acting “evasive and erratic” after he spotted the police officer’s vehicle.

After being confronted with video evidence that showed him in the area of some of the recent arsons, Kinnard reportedly became “upset and belligerent.”

When told he was being placed under arrest, Kinnard reportedly jumped up and “positioned his body as if he was going to hit (the investigator),” police wrote in their report. After being handcuffed, Kinnard began shouting about how he set the fires because child molesters lived in those homes.

Court documents detail that Kinnard told investigators that “he was tired of all the child molesters that were out on the street” and that he had used his cell phone to research where sex offenders were registered and then targeted these reported sex offenders by setting fires on their property.

Just another day of the government’s reckless endangerment of its citizens, inciting violence against them.

So one minute, the registered citizens are out on the street, the next minute we’re not. I see. That makes perfect sense.

“Court documents reveal that several of the residences where fires were set were registered as having sex offenders residing at those locations.”

could things:
1: ” Several of the residences…” Several, or all? Was this guy burning People’s homes because he mistakenly thought a PFR live there? If so, yet another way the Registry can get absolutely anyone killed!

2: How were the cops unaware that this guy was targeting PFRs until he told them he was? Did none of the cops notice that “several” of these homes has PFRs living in them?

How many PFR homes need to be set on fire before the cops see a pattern? Shouldn’t be more than 3. First one, maybe just random, not registry related. Second, beginnings of a pattern. Third, you have a pattern!

Makes me wonder how many more serials vigilantes are targeting PFRs, and getting away with it because the cops don’t see a pattern.

Any time a PFR is victim of any crime, the cops should be looking for other PFRs in the area that have also been recently victimized. You see more than one PFR that has been the victim of a recent crime in the area, possible pattern, especially if all the PFRs have been the victim of the sand k kind of crime.

Cops don’t want to admit that people target PFRs for vigilantism. They especially don’t like to admit people use the website to target PFRs for vigilantism.

Wrote the following to their contact email (I was unable to find an email address for the author):

To Whom it May Concern:

I was curious if, while researching and writing the story above, the author thought to ask why Adam Kinnard was not also charged with the attempted murder or at least assault) of the registered sex offenders he clearly targeted, assuming the information conveyed in the story is accurate. Or why he would only be facing 12 years for the 4 counts of arson and not 12 years for each of the four counts. If he did, then why wasn’t said information published? And if not, why not?

I would really hate to think your organization is downplaying the maximum penalties Kinnard may receive if convicted. That would seem a veiled encouragement to others to attack (even kill) those on the sex offender registry where the penalties for doing so would be considerably less than it would be for attacking or killing non-registrants.

You know that its not just this thug , some kind of threat/danger happens everyday to PFR’s , it never ends, how are we supposed to keep ourselves or our families safe when these fools can just go to a web page and look us up ? stuff like this should be enough to put an end to this registry , at least any online form . It is just causing hate crimes against people just trying to move on ,

If you don’t understand why you’re being arrested, why were you ducking and hiding from the po-po?

“out on the streets”

That self-serving sentiment reeks of entitlement, privilege and delusions of superiority! That fits the same violent rhetoric narrative as “our kids” “our streets” and “our community.” As if..

The registry REALLY does bring out the worst in people and fosters a perpetual orbit of hate.

This dude is completely out of his mind and extremely dangerous, armed with a gas can and a list of “sex offenders” in his community. Being on the registry is scary because you never know who’s watching you and for how long, It could be law enforcement or it could be some psychopath trying to kill you.
After 24 years on the registry, I’ve had my fair share of vigilante bullshiit, Like the time A leader from Westside Verdugo” and 15 other gang members surrounded me and my wife and kids in the parking and said we had 2 weeks to move out the neighborhood or they were gonna shoot my whole house up.

Just a year or two ago, a man shot and killed his neighbor for being on the registry in this same state conservative state. It was in Evansville, IN. Told police after his arrest that if they wouldn’t do anything with “people like that” then he felt he had to. He had no remorse. Even worse, the victim hadn’t committed all that terrible of a crime if I recall although that part is fuzzy in my memory. I believe the crime was committed in Canada, several years ago or something to that effect. What a wonderful state I live in.

There is an Adam Kinnard born in 1990 that has an extensive criminal record in Indiana including burglaries and thefts. He actually just got off parole last year for his most recent burglary. This most likely is the same person. You can look up Adam Kinnard in Indiana’s inmate database and court records for free because Indiana posts all of this information on the internet.

I guess the glass jars of human excrement and urine I’ve had thrown on my front porch are mere childsplay compared to a jug of gas and an open flame.

This is proof the registry is a joke and will never protect children and vulnerable citizens.

All it will EVER do is activate the incels and white trash with misguided hero and savior complexes like the one in this story.
